Treasurer’s Report: John read treasurer’s report.

Bills and Communications:

Pop: Steve turned in $5.

Rental Committee Report: January 19, 20, 21. February 10. March 10, 16, 17, 18, 24.

Pistol Team: Pistol team took in $62 and kept $18. Steve turned $44. The pistol team shoots on Thursdays from 5 PM till dark. 22 cal. & Centerfire 32, 38, & 45 cal. All welcome to come practice.

Trap Team: Nothing to turn in this month. Tom announced we will not have enough shooter for the Butler league this year. Winter league trap banquet will be March 10th. Winter league ends on Feb. 4th. Practice can still be shot on Sundays during the winter league from 1-5pm for $3.50 per 25 targets. Open to general public, club members, and new shooters.

Black Powder: Mike said the yearly primitive hunt was a success this year. The group bagged 10 deer in 4 days. Mike handed in a donation check towards the cabin fund for $1,000. Once again a special thanks went out to Mr. Wilson for his generosity. 2nd Sunday of each month 11:00am are the meat shoots (Black powder, closest to bullseye).

Junior Rifle Team: Nothing to turn in this month. Juniors welcome to come shoot on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday’s of each month from 6:30 to 8:00 pm.

Archery: Still looking for any members willing to join together to make a team to practice.

Fun Indoor Shoot: Dickie turned in $90. Dickie said it is 10 rounds for $10. They will be shooting every Monday @ 1 pm. Everyone is welcome. Open sights with .22 caliber rifles from a rested position. Closest to bullseye wins a prize.

Membership: Brian read new memberships and collected $1,595 of which $210 to maintenance fund and $1,385 to the general fund. $- was turned in for key cards. He reported 19 new members for 2018 which brings a total of 468 Sr, Life and Charter members. Total membership is 640.

Old Business: Steve added another coat of Poly to the hard wood floor in the main hall.

New Business: It was brought up that the Junior rifle team brought in $135 in 2017. John Hiser made a motion for the club to purchase .22 ammo to replenish their shooting supplies into 2018. It was a unanimous vote to move forward with. Looking for ideas on how to refinish walls of main club.
